Don Tyson School of Innovation and George Elementary School have earned the Highly Effective Schools Accreditation. The accreditation is awarded by Solution Tree, a professional learning company. The significant achievement reflects DTSOI's commitment to reaching and maintaining the highest levels of educational quality.

SHS agriculture students obtain heavy equipment training at the bus barn. This training will continue over twelve weeks at the Springdale Bus Barn. Rodney Ellis, Workforce Director; SHS instructors Chad Burkett, and Josh Rice are working with APAC, Nabholz Construction, and Stribling Equipment industry partners to provide the training. Students will obtain certifications in operating heavy equipment and interview for job opportunities with companies. #SpringdaleFamily
