Technical Workforce Coordinator Rodney Ellis and Superintendent Dr. Jared Cleveland hosted a panel of industry leaders in Little Rock during the Superintendent Symposium.
The panel discussed industry training curriculum alignment needed within education, options to provide relevant training to up skill instructors, subject matter experts in the classroom, industry tours, support of legislation to remove apprenticeship barriers in industry, and opportunities for students to receive company training opportunities promoting growth.

We are proud of the leadership and statewide impact from Dr. Jared Cleveland, Arkansas Superintendent of the Year. He presented at the Arkansas Superintendent Symposium to a room full of Superintendents from all over Arkansas on January 10th.
He received a standing ovation for his call to action for transformational change in education and encouraged Superintendents to be collaborative partners with legislators. He highlighted the need for workforce education and the need to modernize state accreditation standards.
