Thank you to the University of Arkansas Panhellenic Council, which donated about 2,000 books to Parson Hills Elementary School today. The donation was made possible through a Panhellenic Scholarship Month book drive. Today the Springdale Chamber of Commerce Experience Springdale Class met with Superintendent Jared Cleveland & Deputy Superintendent Kelly Hayes at the Don Tyson School of Innovation. Local business leaders learned the value and importance of Springdale schools to the community and the students who attend the district. The class participants then received tours of the school in small groups led by Phoenix
student ambassadors. They were able to look in classrooms, labs, and speak to teachers about their individual programs. Experience Springdale is Sponsored by the Springdale Chamber of Commerce and is a three day event that helps new and established business leaders quickly engage with the Springdale Community.
